As part of the Act "Kopen of afstand" the consumer, when making purchases over the Internet, has a 'cooling off' period of 7 office days after delivery of the product.
Gondor hangmatten uses a cooling period of 10 office days. 
Within this period a order can be returned without explanation. A e-mail has to be sent to announce the return sending.
The postage for the returning order is on account of the customer.
The customer is also responsible for the return, the advice is to register the return package and to use a proper container. The products have to be in their original state.

conditions:
Products to be returned must be properly and thoroughly packed.
The products must not show wear.
On special orders the Act "Kopen of afstand" does not apply.
Should these conditions not be met, the return will not be accepted.
